I made a quick stop by the Linen Building on my way home from spending the day at my parents'. I think it's such a cool building and loved how it looked with the sun setting.

This photo was taken on my walk home from going to the salon. While it is so bloody cold outside, I still love being able to walk to so many places. It was a fun morning of pampering, with a stop for lunch at my favorite restaurant, The Matador. Have any of you Idahoans been to La Vie En Rose in the bottom of Idanha? Is it any good?

Today has been an unusual day. I went into work, but quickly got a headache de to fumes from the lab attached to my office. My coworker was feeling woozy too so we both decided to leave and bring work home with us. I felt kind of bad leaving because much of what I do can't be done at home. Once I got home I walked to the post office to mail certificates. It was SO cold but it felt good to get fresh air after all the fumes. I snapped this at St. Michael's Church on my way home. I love the wreaths on the doors as a sweet reminder of the holidays.

I can already tell this project is going to be a challenge. Today's photo was taken at one of my favorite intersections in Boise during an evening walk. I love that the twinkle lights are still up from Christmas.

In every city I've lived in one of the most important places to me is the library. In Claremont and Meridian I'd go multiple times a week and the librarians recognized me and knew my name. While I haven't been going to the Boise Public Library long I can already tell I'll be going there frequently.

As I mentioned in my last post I am going to do a 365 project this year. I have been debating about picking a topic. I wanted something that I would be excited about, but also something that would challenge me. While running errands with my sister I found the perfect inspiration! My own city: Boise! So here is day one of 365 days in Boise!
